Apnived operates as a collaborative student platform built to facilitate peer learning among university undergraduates. Any commercial exploitation, unauthorized monetization, or bulk redistribution of platform assets for financial gain is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Data & Academic Materials

Educational resources hosted on Apnived are contributed voluntarily by community members and students for academic assistance. Apnived does not claim proprietary copyright ownership over third-party educational publications, university exam blueprints, or institutional syllabi shared by users.
Whenever external reference resources or university question papers appear on the platform, they are included solely for non-profit academic study under established fair-use educational principles.
Mandatory Direct Admin Contact & Amicable Dispute Resolution
Mandatory protocol for copyright holders, content owners, and external websites.
If any institution, author, copyright owner, or organization identifies proprietary content hosted or referenced on Apnived:
- Mandatory First Contact Requirement: You expressly agree to first contact the Apnived Administration directly via our official Admin channel or email before issuing third-party legal notices or external complaints.
- Fast & Direct Takedown (24 to 48 Hours): Upon receiving a valid ownership or removal request, the Apnived team will promptly review and remove or restrict access to the disputed material within 24 to 48 hours.
- Fair Opportunity for Amicable Resolution: By accessing this platform, content owners agree to give the administration a reasonable opportunity to address and resolve any intellectual property concerns amicably.
User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

By registering, uploading files, or participating in discussions on Apnived, you agree and warrant that:
- Authentic Purpose: You upload materials strictly to assist fellow classmates and juniors in their university studies.
- No Restricted Materials: You will not upload confidential institutional documents, paid commercial materials, or harmful files.
- Respectful Interaction: You will treat fellow students respectfully across comments, discussion threads, and direct chats.
- Personal Accountability: You remain solely responsible for the authenticity and legality of materials you contribute.
Content Moderation & Takedown Policy

Apnived maintains an active moderation process. The platform administration reserves the absolute right to inspect, approve, edit, reject, remove, or disable access to any resource, feed post, or user profile at any time, with or without prior notification, if the material violates these terms or community standards.
